it has been said that this one looks like a San Francisco sunset 🌅I really love the colour combination. It kind of reminds me of the colour of a reef too, coral and jellyfish against beautiful bright blue water. This one is made of hand dye dupion silk, delicate royal blue Chantilly lace silk chiffon in a dip-dyed ombre from peachy coral to to Sky blue, hand dyed Rayan fringe, a few hand beaded sparkles in peach and blue, and a Gorgeous royal blue braided trim.
I think that despite the vintage style to this shade, it would look amazing on a beautiful modern blue lamp base. But I don’t have one of those, so here is it on a vintage brass piece. 😅
It looks absolutely amazing at night, and is a real show pony, perfect for a really special space with a bold colour palette.
